Majesty Care Community Services programs encourages the acceptance of differences in appearance, behavior and culture. We provide all-inclusive care, our cultural competence principle is based on cultural humility, self-awareness, and culture inspired education.

Majesty Care Community Services are developed to provide 24 hour staffed living accommodation to support individuals who are medically fragile that needs nursing monitoring; complex/high risk needs, engage in harmful behaviors against themselves, others or property, require intensive services and have a history of mental health challenges or opioid use disorder.

Our programs are as follows:

Youth and Adult Group Care Program

This program offers 24-hour staffed living accommodations for individuals with complex needs in group care settings. The program prioritizes the safety of individuals, facilitating community access through the application of the least restrictive measures. This approach ensures that members can engage in activities and cultivate meaningful relationships without encountering barriers. The Youth and Adult Group Care Programs support individuals in developing skills and connections aligned with their individualized customized service plans. This embraces advocacy, employment support, and collaboration with other community agencies and resources to guarantee the provision of the most inclusive services possible.

Transitional Years Programs

This program provides 24 hour staffed living accommodations for youth and adults with complex needs. These programs are designed to help young adults to transition into the next stages of adulthood, which may involve transitioning into an adult residential support program or into independent community living. This program also include helping an adult member transition from a hospital bed to a Majesty Care program temporarily until they find an appropriate placement. Transitional Years Programs are located within the community and designed to meet the unique needs of youth and adult who requires more intensive services than a family setting, but less intensive than residential treatment. Support and assistance, with life-skills development, eases the transition into adulthood, while building confidence and independence.

Youth and adult offenders’ program

This program provides 24 hour staffed living accommodations for youth and adults living with complex needs. When providing service to complex needs individuals, it is essential to develop long term supports. The vision of this program is a caring community working together with youth and adult with disabilities to enhance transition. Also, our objective is to provide high quality mental health service for individuals and their families who are experiencing or may experience emotional difficulties due to their conditions. Youth and Adult Support Program will provide individualized assessment and treatment that includes family therapy, individual therapy and group therapy which focuses on relapse prevention, networking and on-going support in the community. Majesty Care team will support individuals in working on their strengths and help with working through challenged behaviors, thoughts and feelings.

Emergency/Urgent Short-term Support Program

Majesty Care provides Emergency/Urgent Short-term Support (Respite) for individuals awaiting suitable placement. This initiative partners with community agencies and hospitals to prevent homelessness and assist in finding permanent, safe and positive community placements as well as to prevent institutionalization due to lack of space.

We provide collaborative care that involves all necessary healthcare professionals and other community agencies to deliver excellent care to all individuals.

All our programs are supervised by a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner, with over 10 years of nursing experience; and all our frontline staff of professional nurses (RN, LPN, & HCAs), social workers, Child and Youth care workers, and rehabilitation therapists all provides personalized care to all individuals. Our services also includes 24-hour nursing and pharmacist on-call accessibility.
